Dear Member,
We are delighted to invite you to CoreNet Global India Chapter Event - Design With Impact in Bengaluru
Everyone is talking about how work is changing. Let’s talk about what to do about it.
Join us for a conversation on Design with Impact, a new perspective on shaping workplaces that truly support people and organizations. As the way we work continues to evolve, we have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine the role of the workplace.
This approach focuses on improving employee wellbeing, fostering a stronger sense of community and connection and helping organizations navigate and prepare for change. Because long-term business success depends on creating positive workplace experiences; spaces that encourage collaboration, embrace flexibility and support wellbeing for all. Only then can organizations create workplaces that not only compete with the comfort of working from home, but offer something even more powerful: purposeful, impactful spaces where people truly want to be.

Speakers -
Mansi Patel, Founder, The Power Hour
Mansi is a designer and systems strategist focused on bridging design and business through applied systems thinking. After designing workplaces for global organizations like Microsoft and LinkedIn, she identified a critical gap: design decisions are often disconnected from the feedback loops between space, behavior, and business outcomes. This insight led her to shift from traditional practice to systems-level intervention. She spent the next six years co-leading MADLAB, an innovation lab tackling complex business challenges across industries, spanning product development, brand communication, and investor alignment. Here, she developed a method to identify and act on high-leverage intervention points within complex systems.
Today, as the Founder of The Power Hour, Mansi works with organizations to create environments that drive measurable business impact. Her work positions the physical environment as an active contributor to performance, embedded within broader business strategy.
